Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Production
Every item we sell is made to order — your item is printed and produced only after your order is confirmed, so it is not pulled from existing stock. Please allow [2–5] business days for production before your item ships.

Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We currently ship only within the state of Nebraska; orders to addresses outside of Nebraska cannot be processed and will be automatically canceled, with any amount charged refunded in full.

Estimated delivery times once your item is made:

Standard shipping (Nebraska): [3-7] business days after production
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your item ships from our fulfillment partner. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are produced specifically for you, orders can be canceled or modified only during the production stage, which closes quickly once an order is placed. Once your item is sent to production, it can no longer be changed or canceled, and — as noted in our return policy — all orders are final. Please double-check your size, color, and delivery address before checking out.

Delivery
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the postal carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but your item hasn't arrived, or you have any other shipping concern, contact us at Shop@OMADONG.SHOP and we'll help track it down.
